Shipping & Exchange Policy

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday)

- Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on Sundays will be processed the next business day

- During festive seasons and sales, processing may take 2-3 business days

- Custom or personalized orders require 3-5 business days for processing

- Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days within India

- Express delivery available in select cities

- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value and location

- Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

- Tracking information will be sent via SMS or email once the order is dispatched

1. Contact our customer service team within 2 days of delivery via email or phone.

2. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

3. Pack the item in its original packaging with tags intact.

4. Our courier partner will collect the item from your address within 3-4 business days.

5. Once we receive and verify the returned item, the new item will be dispatched

- Exchanges are available for size, color, or style variations of the same product

- If exchanging for a higher-value item, the price difference must be paid

- Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged unless defective

- Sale items and items purchased with special discount codes may have restricted exchange policies

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (₹100 reverse pickup fee applies)

- Exchange shipping for the new item is free if within the same price range

- No exchange processing fees apply
